Main technical parameters

1. The digital signal output device is used to detect the stroke signal, and the stroke value is displayed during the experiment. It has the stroke self-calibration function, no adjustment adjustment, and the limit protection device of the high-frequency reciprocating stroke control shaft;

2. High frequency oscillation frequency: (50±1) Hz, can be set at (10 ~ 200) Hz, accuracy 1Hz;

Automatic temperture and humdity control

The principle of instrument technology:     Automatic constant temperature and humidity continuous control technology, refrigerator using fully enclosed compressor, temperature control effect is more accurate rise and cooling time faster; A water temperature control unit is configured to quickly adjust heating and humidity.

1. Alarm system: overtemperature alarm, flame detection alarm, automatic interrupt experiment;

2. Instrument display: temperature control using industrial PC tablet computer. The output power of temperature control is calculated by P.I.D microcomputer to achieve high precision and high efficiency. A warning signal will be provided if an error occurs.

3. Experimental ambient temperature: 23℃±1℃;

4. Ambient relative humidity: 53%±0.3%(arbitration test was conducted under the condition of ambient relative humidity of 53%±3%).

5. Test box and constant temperature and humidity control device adopts split connection, temperature and humidity can be adjusted to avoid resonance;

6. The test box is made of thickened stainless steel inner liner and filled with insulation layer.

Abrasion measurement system

1. It is composed of metallographic microscope, camera, AI automatic measurement software and control computer. Can directly observe, measure the size of the abrasion mark, and save the picture, and output in the format of the test data. With a visual microscope and electronic imaging system for spot observation, the system can be measured separately.

2. Electron microscope: Electron microscope: magnification 100 times; Equipped with the first two differential reading, x, y axis two direction reading, accurate 1 micron;

3. Microscope equipped with a special camera 5 million pixels, resolution 2592*1944, fully meet the NB/SH/T0765-2021 standard resolution of not less than 2048*1536 requirements, the default resolution of 2592*1944, The microscope is equipped with a separate color display and is connected to the electronic imaging system camera;

4. AI automatic acquisition and measurement software, after the test of the grinding spot pictures can be directly imported into the software system, the formation of a complete test report with grinding spot pictures and various parameters. It has the function of automatic recognition, measurement, automatic upload to report and storage.

High lubrication reference oil, low lubrication reference oil

   Special reference oil for high frequency reciprocating testing machine for diesel lubrication evaluation (high lubricity reference oil A oil, low lubricity reference oil B oil). The reference oil is used to check and evaluate the running state of diesel oil lubricity tester. The reference oil is configured for a variety of diesel components, without any lubricating improvers and additives, and the components are fixed. Compliant with ASTMD 6079 SH/T 0765 ISO12156-1.

Application method: NB/SH/T 0765-2021.

Storage method: low temperature sealed storage away from light.

Test consumables (balls, sheets)

Test plate: The material is annealed high carbon chromium bearing steel, grade GCrI5 steel rod processing, Vickers hardness HV30 190 ~ 210, surface roughness Ra < 0.02μm.

Test ball: Material is high carbon chromium bearing steel, diameter is 6mm, Rockwell hardness HRC is 58 ~ 66, surface roughness Ra<0.05μm.
