The team standard that the company participated in was officially released
According to the document [2021] National Science and Technology Promotion Office No. 019, led by Southeast University, 6 units including Sinopec Research Institute of Petroleum and Chemical Technology,
Zhejiang University and the company participated in the drafting and completion of the group standard 《Diesel Vehicles Biomass-based oxygenated blended oil technical indicators and inspection methods》(T/CI 004-2021) was officially released on March 5, 2021 and started to be implemented the next day.
On February 27, 2021, the China Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as "the Council for the Promotion of Science and Technology") held a meeting of expert opinions and preliminary evaluation of the group standards of "Technical Indexes and Test methods of Biomass-based oxygen blending Oil for Diesel vehicles" in the form of video conference.
The expert group is composed of Ma Longlong, director of Guangzhou Institute of Energy, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Zhang Guanguo of Henan Agricultural University, Professor Luo Zhongyi of Zhejiang University, and Lei Tingzhou researcher of Henan Academy of Sciences. Zheng Hualin, Zhang Shijin, Yin Xuebin, Xu Xin, Zhang Yongsheng, and other relevant leaders of the Council for the Promotion of Science and Technology attended the meeting.
Since June 2019, the Standards Committee of the Council for the Promotion of Science and Technology has cooperated with Southeast University to carry out standard pre-research and preparatory work on the technical indicators and test methods of diesel vehicle biomass-based oxygen blending oil.
After the project was approved at the end of 2020, it immediately organized Southeast University, Sinopec Petrochemical Research Institute, Zhejiang University, Guangzhou Institute of Energy of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shandong University of Technology, Jiangsu Energy Research Association, Benedict Precision instrument Co., Ltd., Hefei Debo Bioenergy Technology Co., Ltd. and other units held a drafting meeting in Nanjing in January 2021.
On the basis of the original preparatory work, the drafting work was quickly completed and the whole society was consulted on the national standard information service platform.
At this review meeting, Deputy Secretary-General Zheng Hualin introduced the background, significance and relevant situation of the standard, and Professor Xiao Rui and Mr. Wu Shiliang, Dean of the School of Energy and Environment of Southeast University, made a report on the preparation work.
After listening to the report, the expert group carefully reviewed the evaluation materials and relevant documents of the group standards, consulted, defended and discussed collectively, and put forward valuable suggestions for revision. Finally, the expert group agreed that the specification met the relevant requirements, and after improvement, it agreed to promote it to the society.
After the evaluation meeting, the standards committee of the Council for the Promotion of Science and Technology and the drafting units will further revise and improve the group standards, and will promote the implementation of the group standards in a scientific, standardized and efficient manner.
