Serving 18 industrial chains, including industrial robots, smart grid and integrated circuits, helping 2363 enterprises solve 665 technical problems and reaching 1052 inspection-enterprise cooperation projects.
It is understood that since the beginning of this year, the Jiangsu Provincial Market Regulatory Bureau has organically combined helping enterprises to bail out and stabilizing the strong chain of enterprises, and adopted the "1x N" method to solidly carry out special actions throughout the province. efforts will be made to solve the pain points and difficult problems in the development of the industrial chain under the impact of the current epidemic, so as to give enterprises a real sense of achievement. "1" refers to organizing and promoting the key industrial chain of service industrial robots with the support of the Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Industry and Information Technology; "N" means that the market regulatory departments of each city, in the light of local reality, respectively organize and promote one or more key industrial chains to form a situation of line-to-face combination and multi-chain parallelism in the whole province.
Since the launch of the special action, the Jiangsu Provincial Market Regulatory Bureau has always adhered to the demand orientation by conducting research, compiling the "Inspection Enterprise docking work Manual", holding "Inspection Enterprise Cloud docking", inspection and testing into the industrial park, and so on. Guide inspection and testing institutions to closely dock 13 key industrial clusters in Jiangsu Province. The special action has achieved positive results in jointly tackling difficult problems in testing. In the biomedical industry chain, the National Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Industry Metrology and testing Center has overcome more than 30 difficult problems in the performance testing of production and testing instruments and equipment, and solved the long-term problem that the performance of instruments and equipment can not be confirmed for more than 100 pharmaceutical enterprises. In the new nanomaterials industry chain, Jiangsu Nanomaterials and Micro-Nano processing Industry Metrology and Test Center assists Nano Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences to complete the testing and verification of key parameters of the national science and technology project, and helps the project pass the mid-term acceptance. In the high-tech shipbuilding industry chain, the ship Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Measurement and Test Center develops online testing equipment to help COSCO Marine Engineering Co., Ltd. solve the problem of pressure transmitter detection under epidemic prevention and control conditions.
The special action has achieved positive results in jointly carrying out new product testing and research. In the smart grid industry chain, the National Smart Grid Application Product quality Inspection Center assisted Xinjiang Jinfeng Technology Co., Ltd., the largest wind turbine manufacturer in China, to complete 39 major tests of 440kW energy storage converters to ensure the timely R & D of new products. In the industrial robot industry chain, Jiangsu Robot and Intelligent processing equipment quality Inspection Center helped Jiangsu Huibo Robot Technology Co., Ltd. successfully complete the declaration of "the first set of major equipment". In the wind power equipment industry chain, the National Wind Power equipment quality Inspection Center together with Huaneng Offshore Wind Power Company, Jinfeng Technology, CRRC Motor and other companies submitted 54 standard project plans to actively build a wind power standard system and promote the high-quality development of the industry.

In the petrochemical industry chain, the National Petroleum Machinery products Inspection Center provides peer-to-peer on-site services for Hongda, Longxin, Yidelong and other companies to ensure that enterprises are successfully shortlisted in the framework of PetroChina and Sinopec. In the wire and cable industry chain, the Yangzhou Inspection and testing Center, in view of the urgent need for the construction of Jiangsu Di No. 1 Group Co., Ltd., carried out special work, formulated a "seamless connection for inspection" plan, implemented round-the-clock operation of equipment, and personnel took turns to take up posts, thus solving the urgent need of enterprises to rush to work. In the brewing (liquor) industry chain, Huaian quality Inspection Center actively participated in the development of new liquor of Jiangsu Jinshiyuan Liquor Industry Co., Ltd., breaking through the traditional Maotai-flavor liquor brewing technology, production mode and producing area restrictions.
